Belgrade MT Post Office Reviews

The rudest man ever assisted us with our passport applications and was obviously annoyed having to do so. We had everything squared away ahead up time. When he was putting our packages together to mail, he did not included the certified copy of our marriage certificate. My husband questioned him about this, and he answered (very rudely) that he knew what he was doing. Well, guess what. He DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. And, now I probably will not receive my passport in time. Can they not do better than this at the Belgrade post office? He gives government employees a bad name.

Had the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a place in awhile. The man at front desk had a bad attitude when I had to send formula to a friend of mine. My package was fragile and had liquids in it and not only did the guy freak out at me over asking where I place the sending tag, he handled my package like it was a piece of garbage he was taking his frustration out on. I don’t know why this man is working in customer service if he can’t show common decency or respect to others. Your job is not so hard that you can’t share a smile with a customer and accept the day as is showing help to those who ask a question. He was a bald older man working the front desk services.

Seam to deliver my neighbors mail with vehicles in the way but refuses to deliver mail more then 1-2 days a week. Almost always have to go retrieve my packages from the building itself. Not sure how anyone else puts up with the rude services.
