Missoula Post Office MT 59801 Phone Number Reviews
Important mail was lost, stolen, or misplaced by carrier. Personell at location on Kent St., (Msla Mt.), were not helpful and walked away while being asked abt my parcel. Very disappointing experience, this USPS does not appear to be reliable. Waiting more than a week.

I understand as a Federal Employee you do not need to answer to the “customer” across the desk, but treating them as a human is vital. After opening 6 minutes late, the woman behind the counter had the gall to tell the woman who was cashing a check, “this isn’t a good time”. To some extent this woman is correct; since the post office was scheduled to open 6 minutes prior she was indeed 6 minutes too late to service the cashing of the check. It is the 1st of the month, ergo bills (emphasis on the plural, billS) are typically due. This is a perfectly good time for the woman cashing her check as she came to the location where this specific service is offered and the woman behind the counter did manage to perform the service requested. Her comment was completely unnecessary and classist.
Ordered an item and was shipped on 2/13/2022 to Missoula. According to USPS tracking was to receive the package 2/17/2022 at Missoula residence. Package did not arrive at Missoula USPS distribution center until morning of 2/18 at 7:59am, a day late but ok . But then never delivered to residence as Missoula USPS distribution center on the same day in afternoon turned around and sent it to Boise and it arrived in Boise at 7:34 pm that night. Then package arrived back on 2/19 to Missoula USPS distribution center in the afternoon at 2:36 pm from Boise and heck Missoula distribution center turned around and sent it to Billings MT this time and now tracking shows supposedly will get on 2/22/2022 (5 days late) but who knows if and when package gets to Missoula a third time it won’t be sent on to another location..
After taking 11 days for a priority mail package to be delivered to Missoula from Missouri the Missoula PO decided to return it to me because my daughters PO box was just closed and even though she has a forwarding address on file they just returned it. Tried to call as soon as I got the email saying that but they won’t even answer the phone. Worst customer service I have had from the USPS ever.
