I have never had a bad experience here in over 10 years. Everyone is very helpful and will solve any issues with delivery problems that may occur. The postal employee who delivered to the corner boxes also delivered packages to my house on almost a daily basis, he was always pleasant and never had an attitude because he had so many deliveries. Thank you Stevensville Postal Employees for treating me so well EVERYDAY for over 10 years!💛🧡

Post Office Stevensville MT Reviews

I had to mail something off for my grandma, so since my wife and I were in Stevensville we sto-pp-ed at this post office. When I walked inside I realized how organized and clean the inside was. The lady who helped send my package was very professional and polite! I really love how the USPS has if it fits it ships boxes and packages for one price 👍!

Complained several times about packages being left hanging on my mailbox. Was told that is against policy the carriers don’t do that! Well I invited the clerk to come out to my car as the package in the bag was in my car. He apologized , but that has not stopped the problem . When I spoke with the postmaster and asked for the form, Instruction for rural delivery. I was told by her “That doesn’t mean anything” Hmm, why have the form? I am a retired postmaster and it surely meant something a few years ago! The carrier who is responsible is the Rural Carrier Associate, not the regular carrier. Unacceptable!

I received notice that my package had been delivered. When I went to my mailbox I did not find a key for a package box to pick it up. I then started looking. Sure enough my package was in a box NOT locked so anyone would be able to take it. This is just pure laziness on the part of the carrier. If you are unable to lock the box then the package should have been brought to our home.
