I walked in and purchase postage for a large document letter. I also had another document letter going back to the US Treasury office. Suzanne was working the counter this morning and she was very helpful with making sure nothing goes wrong in my future mailings. Thank you for being helpful. Great Post Office and I encourage everyone in the Billings Heights area to use this post office. Thanks again.

I put my rent check in the outgoing mail slot at my apts at 7am on July 2..long before the mail is picked up. My landlord called me on July 8 stating he hadn’t got my check. He finally got it today, July 10, postmarked July 7 and now I have a late fee to pay. This is totally unacceptable that it takes 6 actual mail days to get a check from my house to a PO box. Of course my landlord thinks I’m lying.

Always friendly and helpful. The Heights location is my go to for sending packages.

Had a package to ship & needed to print a return label from my email. Unlike UPS or FEDEX, they didn’t have the resources to so. Another irritating thing was the fact that the employee was so hung up on the covering of the box. You see, I took a USPS envelope with bubble wrap lining the inside, & cut it to fit my package. Well, the employee wanted to charge me double because of it. Frustrated I left & went across the street to UPS. The outer covering made absolutely no difference even when they sent it through USPS! UPS also printed my return label for free. Took 5 minutes to do! This is the umpteenth time the post office/USPS has been a colossal waste of time. If at all possible, I’d recommend going to UPS or FEDEX instead of here.
