Man do these guys deliver! As much flack as the postal system gets they have been the solid choice since before there were other options. I see you postal workers!.

This center needs to be entirely overhauled and fortunately I know the Post Master General Louis personally and will be contacting him about this center. Customer service? What customer service? Incredibly unresponsive and impossible to get ahold of. Even my local post office has sent E-Mails to them and has yet to receive any sort of response from multiple employee’s there. My package at this point is going on a week late and is of extreme importance as I need it next weekend and have lots of work to do to it before then as well. The service is just completely unacceptable and a staff over haul needs to take place if this is their standard of service.

I don’t send anything in the mail for years and then I send one letter for a rodeo entry fee that has to be there by a certain time and they loose my stamp and sent my letter back. Terrible service, the only reason why anyone uses it is cause it’s cheap. Not effective.

I appreciate all that the post office does. It’s not easy standing on your feet all day dealing with the un-appreciative public. And they still come to work everyday. What can you do to cheer up their day?.

This facility held onto a very valuable package (shipped priority mail 1-3 days) for 13 days with no updates on it’s status. Submitting help and missing package requests with USPS turned nothing more than that they are very sorry and I need to be “patient” as they also did not know if it was delayed or missing. I paid for a service, 1-3 day shipping and after 13 days of not knowing if it’s lost, delayed etc it was moved. How is this acceptable? Any other entity would be sued or at least have to refund the cost. It’s not even a holiday season, it’s the end of March. As of this writing I still do not have the package, It’s just no longer stuck and this dump. The best part is our tax dollars are what keeps this bleeding agency open, where’s the accountability?.
