They have an enormous parking lot that is all reserved for federal vehicles, but is always mostly empty. Customers are left to park in the few street parking spots.

Went to mail my air canister back home and she told me to go home and print off a form. I told her I wasn’t home and didn’t have a printer and she told me I had no choice. I don’t understand why they didn’t have the form or she couldn’t print it for me but she seemed eager to get rid of me because she didn’t understand the rules of shipping an air canister.

The staff is very friendly. However, this office has sent mail to the wrong address or lost it altogether far too often for me to overlook it. Once is a mistake, twice is frustrating, but when they lose mail four times within a few months, there is a problem. And, despite the staff being friendly, they appear extremely untrained in how to help customers locate lost mail. As of yet, I have not been able to find any of the packages or letters they lost.

Went in to mail 2 CD’s. Decided to purchase CD mailing boxes which very convenient. I used small chunks the priority tape to seal the box. It was the only tape available. When I asked to mail them first class I was informed that I need to remove the priority tape and I was welcome to purchase a roll of plain tape for $3.49! I would’ve saved some money doing that but – Really!? They ought to post a note regarding this policy.
